Free shipping on all orders over R1 000. Dispatched from Cape Town.
We pack your product right here in our office at Prime Park, Printers Way, Montague Gardens, Cape Town and have it delivered straight to you. It depends on the area, but delivery generally takes 3–5 working days.
Payment and dispatch
We accept payments through Payfast and EFT. All card payments are made through Payfast, a trusted and secure online payment method in South Africa.
You will receive an email to confirm your payment has been received before anything is dispatched, and an invoice by email as soon as the payment is received.
Returns and exchanges
If something is not right, contact us first and we will sort it out. Unworn footwear in its original box, and unopened nutrition, can be returned or exchanged. Worn shoes can only be assessed as a warranty claim, not a change of mind.
Sizing exchanges are the most common request and we would rather get you into the right shoe than keep the sale. Email info@pureendurance.co.za with your order number and the size you need.
Faulty goods and warranty
Manufacturing faults are handled with the brand as a warranty claim. Send us photos and your order number and we will lodge it. Normal wear — outsole abrasion, midsole compression over a shoe’s mileage — is not a fault.
